Six Seoul days with a Nami Island day trip

I am building a six-day Seoul itinerary and would like to include one day at Nami Island. I will be staying close to Seoul Station, so convenient transport matters. Which neighborhoods and major sights combine well on the same day, and is Nami best visited independently or on a tour? Tips for using Naver Map and public transit would also be welcome.
